Copper Mould Tube

Standard Specifications

Copper mould tubes are manufactured from high-conductivity copper alloys with optimised hardness and strength. They provide excellent thermal conductivity for rapid heat transfer, high resistance to thermal fatigue, and superior wear resistance to extend service life. The inner surface is precision-machined and coated (commonly with chromium, nickel, or composite coatings) to reduce friction, improve strand quality, and enhance durability under continuous operation.
